I've been trying to create a new app for an hour but it always reply like
"An error has occurred. Try again later."
Am I the only one who is getting this error message? Please let me know.

Could you explain:
- your configuration (Xcode, MacOS versions, …)
- what exactly your are doing (all the steps in Xcode)
- when you get the error
I still have have the same error. I can't a new app. Got the same message since I try for the last 4 days.
