I have set the deployment target to iOS17.0 on all targets.
Archiving and test works fine, but External testing fails?
Build SDK is not allowed for external testing. To fix, update the workflow to build using an Xcode version with an allowed SDK.

We are experiencing the same issue. This is preventing us from releasing anything. How can we get this resolved please? No settings were changed on our end.
