XCode 16.2 and ios 18.2 Unable to submit for review! XCode latest but saying it is beta version

Not using a beta version to clarify. I am using XCode version 16.2 and ios 18.2. Have reinstalled everything from scratch and even tried XCode cloud versions 16.2 and 16.1 and both failing

One thing folks often overlook is that the macOS version running on your build machine must also be a release version. Perhaps you're still on a macOS beta version?

Your problem description is not very helpful.

You probably miss a step, but impossible to say without more information.

Could you post a screenshot of?

Which item are you precisely trying to add ?

1. Create build either locally or from XCode cloud (any version of xcode)
2. Add build to ios app listing
3. Submit app

The items below are required to start the review process:

• New apps and app updates must be built with the latest public (GM) versions of Xcode, and the iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS SDKs. Apps built with beta versions aren't allowed. Learn More
• This build is using a beta version of Xcode and can’t be submitted. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Xcode or the latest seed release found on the releases tab in News and Updates

There is no other steps. I have other apps that I have submitted before and they worked fine.

Reached out directly to App Store support and they replied once then never again

Do you have external dependencies from vendors? I've seen circumstances where those dependencies were built with beta versions of Xcode, and then when you build your app with those dependencies, your app now has components which are built with beta software.

Same here.. Apple responded but told me what I knew.. "please download a non beta latest version bla bla" not really actionable
