External payment system possible?

It is possible to make an external payment system in an app that I am developing and the app is not rejected by the store, the system can be 2checkout, skrill, or other that works to manage payments.

Is a hybrid app under meteor and cordova. I would like to know if it is possible if there is a rule that prevents the payment system outside the store and thus the app can not be rejected at the time of upload.

I believe you will want to read section 3 that covers a lot of things for which you cannot use a third party payment system and also section 3.1.3 that describes certain limitions on the use of a third party payment systems in a special case.
