My new version is stuck with 'Ready for Distribution' status since Jan 18. I have contact Apple by email, chat and call; however, they replied that they'll need senior/technical supporters for this, but all of them are busy now (?), and will contact me later. Does any face the same issue?
App stuck in 'Ready for Distribution' for 24h+
My app has been stuck in 'Ready for Distribution' since Jan 17. i haven't yet contacted apple.
Same here (except I published my update at 4pm EST on Jan 21). I opened a ticket with FeedBack Assistant: FB16381490 on my work account.
I'd like to point out that 72+ hours after users have been experiencing this outage that the systemstatus page hasn't been updated.
