Testflight app doesn't load on iPads with ios 17, 16, 15

Hi,

Testflight app is showing "Couldn't Load Apps. TestFlight is currently unavailable. Try again." error each time when i trying to open it last 2 days. I'm tried to uninstall/re-install TestFlight app, but error still remain. Can anyone confirm this error?

Devices which is affected with the same error: iPad 6 (2018) / iOS 17.7, iPad Pro / iOS 16.7.9, iPad Air 2 / iOS 15.8.2

Kirill, hi, you're not the only one. But here's what my colleague and I noticed: if you log into another account on the same devices, the test-appls will be displayed! This may indicate a problem with a specific account... :( I've asked Apple Developer Support about this, but they haven't answered me yet.

I'm also experiencing this on an iPad with iPadOS 17.0

Tried a factory reset, sign in, sign out to no avail.

Hope we can find a fix.

Same here - TestFlight 3.7.1 build 481.5 - iPhone SE (1st gen) / iOS 15.8.3

I have exact the same issue on iPad OS 17 and 15. I can't test my apps.

We're experiencing this too across our team and testers. TestFlight shows Couldn't Load App for our app on iPads, however on iPhone is fine.

Other apps are showing up fine on my own account.
