I am trying to submit my app for review and am getting a notification:

Unable to Add for Review The items below are required to start the review process: There are still screenshot uploads in progress.

There is nothing being uploaded, I removed all of the screenshots, added them back and still getting the same issue.

Problem started after trying to upload an app preview video. Got a message that the video was in the wrong aspect ratio. I corrected that, uploaded the video successfully but still getting the error..

ANY Suggestions? Apple is not responding to my Feedback assistance or support inquiry.

I had this issue once. The screenshots were not actually being uploaded even though it looked as if it were. I think the solution was to do it a screenshot at a time instead of dragging and dropping a group of them. It was something tedious at least. Sorry I can't be more helpful but as I'm sure we all know, app store connect has a lot of issues.
