I am unable to add Internal Groups to the builds. Tried it twice with two different builds, but after the processing and compliance confirmation, I am unable to add groups. They are disabled.
Is there someone who is facing the same issue?

We are having this issue here as well too. We have a group configured to get the latest builds added automatically and now it doesn't work. We are using Fastlane to automate the push, I validated that all ours credentials were ok and that's the case. I also see the build in the list, It just never get added automatically like usual to the group it should.
Last time we pushed, 8 days ago, it worked properly, but not anymore.

I encountered the same issue. I released two versions since March 26, 2025, at 10:23 AM (GMT+8), but neither could be added to internal groups.
I'm also facing the same issue. Till yesterday 24/03/2025 everything was working fine but since morning I have tried multiple builds and AppStoreConnect is not allowing me to add the internal group.

We have exactly the same problem. It's no longer possible to test new builds internally, and we haven't found any workaround so far.

Did a new build push this morning and it's working again. Not sure what happened yesterday, but I guess we'll never know.
Seems that it is back on track. I've just got an email from the builds I had uploaded yesterday.

We did not have problems receiving emails, and adding internal testers to builds is still broken.
App Uses Non-Exempt Encryption = FALSE in your plist file.
This worked for me.
