Unable to add build to group on testfight

In App Store Connect I've uploaded a new build, but I'm unable to distribute the App to my tester groups - including internal. The internal group is grayed out. I am able to Select an External group but they actually do not receive any email notification nor do they see any update within their TestFlight App.

I've attempted to upload the build a few times, including old builds which had been distributed in the past to no avail.

I'm not able to distribute to any tester group, please advise.

I am experiencing the same issue. Not only myself, but multiple users on X are also reporting the same problem. Additionally, this issue has been occurring for several days now without any signs of improvement.

TestFlight Issues Encountered Uploaded apps remain in the "Processing" state without any progress.

It takes an unusually long time for uploaded apps to transition from "Processing" to "Completed."

Status change notifications are not being sent via email during testing.

Even when the app status changes during testing, the corresponding version does not appear in the TestFlight app's list.

As of March 20, TestFlight was functioning normally. For reference, I am encountering this issue with a visionOS app.

I urge Apple to promptly investigate the cause of this issue and provide an update on the current status, as well as an estimated timeline for resolution.

The strange thing here is, I went to X to see what's happening with TestFlight but I didn't see it. It seems like few people are affected.... If this is happening to everyone social media should be blowing up. But the "few people" seems to be a lot already. Hope we can all write on X to get more attention from Apple. "Testflight Issue" needs to be on trending on X.
