Sandbox account in tvOS

Now I’m testing in-app purchase for my app but I can’t find how to set up my snadbox account in tvOS. Acoording to Apple support team, the following menu item should be available in the settings;

Settings > Users and Accounts > Sandbox Account

But it’s not the case for me even I activated develope mode in tvOS already. Can anyone explain how to set up sandbox account in tvOS or how to activate the menu above? Thanks in advance.

I just found that you can just log in with your snadbox account when the login request is popped up in your app which has a in-app purchase. Then you also can find sanbbox account menu in the Settings > Users and Account. For just a record.
