When I try to publish a new version of our app I am met by a popup

"Agreement Update" "The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account on the Apple Developer website."

I am not the account holder. But im confident he agreed to this around the 14-18 of October. He is not prompted with anything when logging in and going to agreements. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue. In our case I am also the account holder and can confirm the new agreement was agreed to (on 21st October) but doesn't seem to be recognized on the other side.

I've logged out and back in. Tried a different browser. Gone through both developer and appstoreconnect. Same result.
