Hi everyone,

I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, November 4th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”.

It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information.

I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated.

Hi everyone,

I ran into the exact same issue as many of you, so I completely understand the frustration. I wanted to share what finally worked for me, in case it helps anyone still stuck.

My timeline:

1. Last Thursday: Completed the purchase (1st attempt) — payment charged, account stuck on "Pending"
1. Waited until the following Tuesday with no confirmation email
1. Contacted Apple Support the same day — they said they'd respond within 2 business days
1. By Thursday, still no reply from Apple

What finally worked

I came across a solution shared in a Reddit thread (thread title: "Apple Developer Admission - Pending for 7+ days" ) that suggested the following:

Add your credit card directly to your Apple Account (via Apple Account payment settings)
Use that same card — now linked to your Apple ID — to repurchase the Apple Developer Program membership

I gave this a try on Thursday, and about 8 hours later, my account was approved! 🎉

Key takeaway: The credit card you use to enroll in the Apple Developer Program must be the same card that is registered to your Apple ID. If there's any mismatch, it seems the enrollment gets stuck in "Pending" indefinitely.(maybe...)

Thank you for your comment! I accidentally made a duplicate payment, so I am currently contacting Apple Developer Support to request a refund.

Hi @Apple Developer Support I got the same issue.

I have already been charged for the Apple Developer Program on March 30, 2026, but my account has not been activated yet and the status is still showing as “pending” as of April 12, 2026.
