My app was reviewed and approved on Feb 3rd, and still does not show in app store.
I have submitted a ticket to Apple Feb 3rd, and still have not received a reply.
I get either 404, or "this app is not available your country or region".
This does it for me, and anyone I've asked to try it.

I have already submit a ticket - it has been 6 days since I submit the ticket and have received no response. It says I am supposed to receive a response within 2 business days. This is highly urgent, and feel like I am being ignored. How can this be pushed through so I can actually get an answer?
