I have purchase an Apple developer account on the 9th of March 2026, but the purchase still shows pending...
I have sent the apple support team 3 emails which not one has been responded to... This is getting ridiculous now. If anyone knows how I can resolve this issue please reach out to me. I have proof of payment for my account over email but zero response from Apple.
And Apple is prompting me to purchase again btw... not sure what is wrong with this system but I'm been waiting for over a week for my apple developer program to be open, and I have already paid the $99...

I also faced a similar issue. I used a different email ID to purchase the Apple Developer account, but on my iPhone I was logged in with my personal Apple ID. Even though I used the different account in the Apple Developer app, the money got added to the Apple wallet of the personal Apple ID that was logged into the phone.
The amount gets parked in the Apple ID balance, and unfortunately it cannot be withdrawn or used to purchase the Apple Developer account. It can only be used for Apple services or subscriptions.
You may want to check your Apple ID wallet balance by going to:
Settings → Tap on your Apple ID name → Payment & Delivery → Here you will see the Apple ID Balance.
