I will keep posting this every week because I simply cannot wait anymore. 7 weeks of waiting is way too much.
To me, it is absolute madness in 2026 to wait for months, especially when my passport/ID was successfully verified back in week 1 or 2.
To make matters worse, I can't even call the support hotline because the phone option is unavailable and the email assistants only reply with the same automated templates.
