Testlight error

Hello everyone I'm currently experiencing an error when submitting a public link for internal downloads. When I submit and review, it says: "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later." I've reported this to the support team but haven't received a response yet. I would be very grateful if the technical team on this forum could help me.

Thanks for the post, looks like you already have a case number. Is the issue still happening today? Can I ask you to file a bug as well?

Generic "error processing your request" messages often happen due to a few common reasons. Check for VPN or Network Restrictions. Since you mentioned this is for "internal downloads," ensure you are properly connected. If you are on a VPN, try disconnecting and reconnecting, as network drops can interrupt the submission process. Have you tried other networks?

On the bug please provide screenshot of your process for the bug.

Once you open the bug report, please post the FB number here for my reference.

Hello This issue is still ongoing, I have not yet received a support email. Case ID: 102861441465 The image below shows the error, I would appreciate your assistance.

@XuyenNguyen Thanks again for your post. And thanks for the screenshot for the error. Just looking at your error message, it seems like is TestFlight instead of the developer team. Because of that issue, I would request again if you so kind to file a bug number I can use to route it to the correct team.
