I made a price change for an in-app subscription in App Store Connect, but when testing the app the price change did not reflect. Is there anything further that I have to do, or will the new price reflect when the app is accessed?

If you are testing via TestFlight or the Sandbox environment without a local file, iOS aggressively caches.
When you change a price in App Store Connect, it is not instantly instantaneous across all of Apple's servers. Wait a few hours for price changes to fully propagate to the Sandbox and Production environments. If you just made the change, you may simply need to wait a bit.
