I have been trying to enrol for Apple dev program, but it keeps getting rejected. I have tried on my phone, web and mac app, still the same thing.
I also tried creating a new Apple ID, but that too gave an error that the verification code can not be sent.
Please help!!! Has anyone faced this too and how did you resolve it? I sent a mail to Apple support team, no response yet
