My first app submission has been in "Waiting for Review" for nine days and has not yet entered review.

I checked the Contact the App Review Team form, but none of the available topics match a status question, so I am posting here instead.
Since all of these were prepared the same way, I am wondering whether I made a mistake that applies to all of them. If there is missing or incomplete information on my side, I would like to correct it.
I am not requesting an expedited review. I only want to know whether something on my end is blocking these submissions.
