App stuck in "Waiting for Review" since July 23, 2026

Hello,

My app MGY Fit (Apple ID: 6793196121, iOS, version 1.0.0, build 11) was submitted for review on July 23, 2026 and has remained in "Waiting for Review" ever since. It has never moved to "In Review".

There are no messages in the Resolution Center and I have not received any request for additional information. Export compliance, content rights, and advertising identifier questions were all answered at submission, and the Review Notes include demo account credentials and steps to reach the main flows.

This is the first submission for this app and for my developer account, so I understand a longer wait is expected. I wanted to check whether the submission may have been routed in a way that needs attention, or whether this is simply current queue volume.

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I’ve been having the exact same issue… no one has even contacted me after I sent emails… I submitted my app around same time as you

Thank you for your post. If you are facing extenuating circumstances, such as fixing a critical bug or releasing your app to coincide with an event, we recommend that you request an expedited review.

Mine's been stuck since July 19th.

This is a great post, and it mirrors my experience (first submission, awaiting review since 21 July). All the documentation (including the "Thanks for your submission" email) suggests that a review should be expected in 24-48 hours. A week (or longer, as some posts indicate) without feedback is insensitive to developers (if not outright hostile).

Taking a longer to actually review a first-time submission makes sense, but sitting in the queue forever is not acceptable.

If 2 days is not a reasonable expectation, please don't tell us it is.

You are not alone, it's been 10 days...

@Cassandra445 @creynolds52 @jwmelto @khagan Try starting a thread on this forum like I did - strangely enough, it works.

@CaginKyr it shouldn't come to public shaming to get within an order of magnitude of an "promised" "SLA".

Same issue for me too. Stuck in “waiting for review” since July 22nd. No response from Apple support either when I submitted a ticket last time. This is also for a incremental update to my my app that was already published. It’s absolutely insane that Apple doesn’t have to adhere to any SLA and theres nothing you can do about it.

I am in the same situation. Is there a way to cancel the apple developer subsription early and get (even partially) the 99 Dollars back ? Because no one seems to be able to new apps anymore because all searches for keywords have to be paid now it seems.
