Apple Developer Program Enrollment – ID Verification Rejected and Retry Disabled

Hello All,

I am trying to enroll my company in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. However, the Apple Developer app now displays “ID Verification Rejected,” and the “Enroll Now” button is disabled.

I have contacted Apple Developer Support several times, but I have not received a clear reason for the rejection or instructions for retrying the verification. I am the owner and authorised representative of the organisation and am prepared to provide my government-issued ID, proof of address, company registration documents, D‑U‑N‑S information, and proof of signing authority.

Could an Apple representative please advise:

How can the identity-verification process be reset? Can I resubmit my identification through a secure channel? Should I continue with the same Apple Account? Is there an escalation route for an unresolved enrollment case?

This issue has remained unresolved for an extended period and is affecting our planned application launch. I would appreciate guidance from Apple Developer Support or anyone who has successfully resolved the same issue.

For security reasons, I can provide the enrollment and support case numbers privately to an authorized Apple representative.

Appreciate your support and help on this. Thank you
