Where did the Carrier attribution on an incoming call go with iOS 27 beta?

For iOS 27 Betas 1-5, when there was an incoming phone call, the call screen would display "Identified by XXX Mobile", where XXX is the name of the carrier of the sim.

But with beta 6 and now 7, this is no longer the case. Is this an accidental regression bug or intentional removal of the attribution? If so, then why was it present in the earlier betas?
