I am writing here because I genuinely do not know what else I can do to get our game reviewed.
Inferno Drive has effectively been caught in the App Review process for nearly a month, and the situation has now reached a point where it is seriously affecting our launch.
For a small development team, having a completed product unable to launch for this length of time has a real impact. Development, marketing, launch planning, and other work surrounding the release all depend on the application actually reaching the App Store.
We are not asking anyone to bypass Apple’s review requirements, and we are not asking for the application to be approved without being properly reviewed.
We are simply asking for someone to actually review the current submission as soon as possible,
Our team is available immediately and will respond to any questions or requests from App Review as quickly as possible.
After nearly a month of trying to get this game through the review process, we genuinely need Apple’s assistance in getting this resolved.
