Bug: Software Update UI state desync on iPadOS 27.0 RC (build 24A435)

Reproduction Steps

  1. Complete downloading OTA system update, Software Update page shows Chinese localized button "现在更新" (Update Now).
  2. Go to iPad Storage and delete the downloaded OTA package.
  3. Navigate back to Software Update page immediately, NO reboot and NO manual page refresh.

Expected Behavior

The UI should detect that the local update file was removed, and switch the button to "下载" (Download).

Actual Behavior

The interface keeps displaying the "现在更新" button. The UI state is out of sync with the real existence of the downloaded OTA file. I did NOT tap the update button to prevent potential system risk; the state inconsistency itself is the bug.

I want to check whether other developers have encountered the same bug on iPadOS 27.0 RC. This UI inconsistency may confuse end users and bring potential safety misunderstanding, so I hope this issue can be prioritized and fixed before the official 27.0 release.
