Our app Finbo (Apple ID 6761951739, iOS version 1.0.32, build 28) has been in "Waiting for Review" since August 20, 2026: 22 days with no reviewer assigned and no messages in Resolution Center.
We sent two expedited review requests last week and never received a reply, not even the acknowledgement email. Today we opened support case 102959970140 (App Review Status).
Has anyone seen a submission sit unassigned for this long? Is there any other channel to get it picked up? We are not going to cancel and resubmit because that sends it to the back of the queue.
