Hello App Review team,
Our first app has been in "Waiting for Review" since 28 September 2026, and the delay is causing real financial loss to our business.

Timeline:
- 27 Sep 2026: submitted. The same day we received "Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed - New App Submission".
- 28 Sep 2026: we replied in App Store Connect with everything requested, including the screen recording, and resubmitted.
- Since then: "Waiting for Review", with no further message.
Luxe Cuisines is a restaurant business in Abuja, Nigeria. We had hoped to launch our campaign on Nigeria's Independence Day, 1 October, and we missed it. Rented advertising materials and paid influencers are on hold, and the wait keeps adding costs we never planned for. Our Android version is already live on Google Play, so our iPhone customers are the only ones who cannot get the app, and we cannot announce the launch without them.
We also could not send an expedited review request. The Contact App Review form shows "There are no apps associated with this team" for every team on my account, in two different browsers.
Could someone from App Review please check whether this submission is progressing normally, tell us if anything more is needed from us, and expedite it if possible?
