Hello everyone,
I submitted two completely new apps to the App Store on the same day. Both apps were initially rejected, and I addressed the issues identified by the App Review team and resubmitted them.
However, both submissions have now remained in “Waiting for Review” for more than seven days.
I have already contacted Apple Support regarding the delay, but I would appreciate hearing from other developers who may have experienced a similar situation.
My questions are:
- Has anyone recently experienced this kind of delay with first-time app submissions?
- How long did it take for your apps to move from “Waiting for Review” to “In Review”?
- Is there anything else I should do, or is it better to leave both submissions in the queue?
I would prefer not to withdraw the submissions and upload new builds unless there is a genuine reason to do so.
Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.
