App stuck in "Waiting for Review" since October 6

The submission has still not entered review. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Update October 27:

Another 11 days have passed, and there has still been no progress. The app remains in Waiting for Review and has not been picked up for review.

The expedited review request and support case have not resulted in any progress either.

I will also need to renew my Apple Developer Program membership soon. How long is this going to continue? I have already lost money on advertising, and I’m starting to struggle financially.
