Enrollment pending 20 days - payment page never appeared (Case ID: 102971862276)
My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been pending since September 24 (20 days). The payment page never appeared in my account, so I have been unable to complete the purchase. I have followed up by email multiple times with no response, and phone support shows as unavailable whenever I check.
