Apple Developer Program Enrollment Keeps Showing Old Company Name After Updating Apple Account Name

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment.

When I originally created my Apple Account, I entered my company name in the first name and last name fields by mistake. When I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, Apple rejected my enrollment because these fields must contain my legal personal name.

I have since updated my Apple Account with my correct first and last name. However, whenever I click Enroll, the enrollment process still automatically displays my old company name, and I cannot edit it.

My enrollment has now been rejected approximately 4 times. I have also contacted Apple Support multiple times, but the issue is still unresolved. I have been waiting for around one month, and despite being told that the operations team is working on it, I have not received a solution.

This delay is becoming urgent for me because I need to complete my developer enrollment as soon as possible.

Has anyone faced this issue and successfully resolved it?

How can I refresh or update the name displayed during enrollment?

Does Apple need to reset the enrollment information on its backend?

Is there any specific team or escalation process that can resolve this issue?

I have already corrected my Apple Account details, so creating another support request without a concrete solution has not helped so far.

Any guidance or suggestions from developers who have successfully resolved this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Developer Support is currently reviewing your case that you have opened, they will get back to you soon.
