I am writing here as a last resort hoping to get attention from Apple Support or Community Evangelists.
My company "KitchenPlus TOO" (Kazakhstan, BIN: 260440024390, D-U-N-S: 374480792) has been in the Apple Developer Program enrollment process since April 2026 (Enrollment ID: 8J32H8BACU).
On September 26, 2026, I uploaded all required certified compliance documents (General Director Photo ID, Bilingual Articles of Association, Tax Clearance Certificate, and Registration/Stat Register Certificate).
Since the submission, there has been total silence for more than 20 days. I submitted follow-up inquiries under Case ID 102992480386, but have received zero response or status updates.
Our mobile application is 100% finished, but our entire business launch is completely paralyzed due to this verification delay.
Has anyone faced a similar verification stall recently, or is there a way to request an internal review escalation from an Apple Specialist on this forum?
