iOS review status mismatch and cancellation blocked in both UI and API

Hello,

We are experiencing a review-status mismatch for an iOS app update:

• The app version page shows Waiting for Review.
• The parent review submission reports IN_REVIEW.
• The single app-version item reports READY_FOR_REVIEW.

We cannot cancel the submission in the App Store Connect web UI. A direct cancellation request using the logged-in web session also returns HTTP 409 with an invalid resource state error. A subsequent read succeeds, but the submission remains IN_REVIEW.

We have contacted Developer Support and have also received confirmation that the review will be expedited. We have not yet confirmed that the cancellation blocker or the status mismatch has been resolved.

Has anyone experienced this combination of statuses and found a supported recovery step? If the cancellation is blocked in both the UI and the API, what is the correct route for requesting an investigation by the relevant Apple team?
