Approved updates stuck — App Store still serves old version after adding new header / search-results videos (2.1.10, 2.1.11)

Hi all — indie dev hoping someone has seen this exact pattern.

My app’s 2.1.10 passed App Review around Oct 9 (Asia/Shanghai) with automatic release and phased release off, but days later the App Store listing was still serving the previous version. I then submitted 2.1.11 — also approved around Oct 16, currently “Ready for Distribution” — and it is also not showing up live.

What I’ve checked:

Automatic release on approval; phased release is off Pricing and Availability look fine; agreements are Active Checked US, China, and Japan storefronts, plus a direct App Store link (not just a cached page on my phone) — all still show the old version The same 2.1.11 build published fine on another store on Oct 17, so the binary itself seems OK One thing I suspect: I added the new App Store creative assets for the first time (product page header/title video + search results video) with these versions. Both assets are Approved and were submitted with the version (not only sitting in Asset Library).

I already have a Developer Support case open (no reply yet). Has anyone else had an approved version stay stuck like this after adding those videos? Did removing/pausing the assets, or Support manually refreshing distribution, fix it? How long did propagation actually take?

Thanks.

Hi @AimiRun thanks for reporting this issue. Can you please provide your case ID so we can take a look?
