Could an Apple staff member please help us obtain an update on the review of Suya Mobiles?

The current submission has been waiting for more than three days. Our overall submission process has extended over a month, including previous reviews, rejections, corrections, and resubmissions.
A previous submission remained Waiting for Review from October 7 until we withdrew it on October 14. Following another submission on October 14, we withdrew and resubmitted on October 15. We are keeping the current submission active.
We have submitted expedited review requests and contacted Developer Support under cases 102965206041 and 102997183453, but have not received a substantive response regarding the current delay.
Our planned October 16 launch date has passed. We understand that review times vary, but would appreciate help confirming whether any outstanding information or action is preventing review from starting.
