Immersive Translate macOS 1.34.2: expedited review confirmed, still Waiting for Review

We would appreciate help checking a critical bug-fix update for our existing macOS app, Immersive Translate.

The currently published macOS version, 1.34.1, has a confirmed Safari extension initialization bug. Affected users cannot translate webpages, and the floating translation button disappears. Multiple users have reported this issue.

Version 1.34.2 contains the fix. We requested expedited review, and Apple’s confirmation page stated:

We’ll expedite review for Immersive Translate.

However, at our latest check, the submission remained in “Waiting for Review,” more than 40 hours after submission. We have also contacted Developer Support under case 103001150548, but have only received an automatic acknowledgement so far.

Could you please help:

1. Verify that the expedited review request is correctly associated with macOS version 1.34.2, build 590.
2. Check whether the submission is progressing normally or requires any additional information or action from us.
3. Follow up on case 103001150548 with the appropriate team and advise on the next steps.
