Hello Apple Developer Community and App Review Team,
We're hoping someone has run into this before, or that an App Review team member can take a look.
What happened
- September 29: Our first submission was returned. App Review asked us to confirm the price of our auto-renewable Pro subscription (Guideline 3 - Business).
- We confirmed the price, made an update, and resubmitted on October 8.
- On October 8, Developer Support confirmed the app was "Waiting for Review" (case number 102984068572) and that no action was needed from us. The app stayed in "Waiting for Review" for 12 days. We replied to Developer Support on October 13 and requested an expedited review on October 16, with no change in status.
- October 20: The app was reviewed (Submission ID 61a8809e-4366-4698-bb69-8986bb10fef2, version 1.0 build 119, iPad Air 11-inch M3) and returned again with the same request: confirm that the Pro subscription product has the correct intended price.
What we've already tried
- We confirmed the price in our reply the first time.
- We then changed the subscription's price and description, but we received the same message again.
Our questions
- Has anyone received this repeated "confirm the correct intended price" message and gotten past it? What did you do?
- Does the reply need to go in a specific place, such as the Resolution Center on the rejected submission, the review notes, or both?
- Is there something else App Review needs, such as an explanation of what the subscription includes?
This is time-sensitive for us. We are preparing to release the app ahead of a national convention in November, so that professionals have enough lead time to download and test it.
Thank you for any help or guidance.
