New app Waiting for Review 12 days after a same-day fix (expedite confirmed)

Hello App Review team,

Our first app, Flora - Gut Health AI Tracker (Apple ID 6790545787), has been Waiting for Review since October 8, 2026. Could someone confirm the submission is still in the queue and nothing is holding it?

Timeline:

  • Sept 22: first submitted (version 1.0.0 with three auto-renewable subscriptions)
  • Oct 2: rejected under 3.1.1; fixed and resubmitted the same day
  • Oct 8: rejected under 5.1.1(iv) and 1.4.1; fixed in build 130 (version 1.0.2), replied in App Store Connect and resubmitted the same day
  • Oct 8 to today: Waiting for Review, all five items Ready for Review

Apple confirmed our expedited review request (most recently on Oct 17), and Developer Support case 103000082805 is open.

The App Review Information has full notes, no sign-in is needed, and the subscriptions can be tested with a Sandbox account. If App Review needs anything from us, we'll answer the same day.

Submission ID: 81ec10db-ca4b-48b9-b72b-de477e643e5e

Thank you,
Chris

What was the 3.1.1 guideline issue? How did you resolve it?

We have received the same rejection a couple times regarding the price of our pro tier subscription.
Apple asked can you confirm the following In-App Purchase product(s) have the correct intended price(s)? We did confirm yes the first time, but that didn't resolve the issue. Then, we changed the subscription price and description, but that didn't resolve the issue either.

Update, October 20: App Review reviewed the app this afternoon. The only issue was guideline 1.4.1: our App Store description needed a disclaimer reminding users to seek a doctor's advice. We added it within the hour and, at App Review's request, resubmitted the same build (version 1.0.2, build 130). It's back in Waiting for Review, so if App Review can take another look soon, we'd be very grateful.

@ExpressiveSolutionsDeveloper our 3.1.1 rejection was different: the app had a field where people could enter an access code to unlock the subscription, and only In-App Purchase may unlock paid features, so we removed that field entirely. Good luck with yours.

I am also waiting since Oct. 11.

From what i know the review team has a huge amount of submissions wich they are currently handling.

Waiting so long sucks very bad, because without the app being live, we cannot start marketing the app. But it is what it is
