DSA trader status stuck "In Review" since 13 October – app unavailable in its only market

My trader information under the EU Digital Services Act has been "In Review" since 13 October 2026. Since then my app has not been available in Germany, which is its only storefront. Pricing and Availability shows "Trader contact information missing". In App Store Connect I cannot edit, resubmit or view any details.

What I have tried:

  • Developer Support on 16 October 2026 (Distribution > Other Distribution Questions): no reply yet (case ID: 102998226596)
  • Developer Support on 21 October 2026 (Reports and Payments > Paid Agreement Setup)
  • Checked my inbox, including spam: no request for documents or verification codes

App: Bowlification, Apple ID 6814083192

This looks like the same issue as https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/848065.

Is there anything I can do on my side, or could someone from the App Store Connect team take a look? Thank you.

@krisma

Good news: my trader status is now "Active" and the app is back on the App Store in Germany.

What worked for me: on getsupport.apple.com I opened my case and selected "Get help with this issue". Some time after I had re-submitted the case there, a phone option appeared, and I got an immediate callback. The case was filed under Apple Developer Support > Distribution > Other Distribution Questions.

To your questions: I wasn't transferred to a separate DSA or compliance team. The agent checked my details during the call, completed the verification right away and set the status to "Active". Shortly afterwards the app was available again. I didn't get any information about a general backlog or typical processing times.

Why the phone option doesn't show up for you yet, I can't say. It may depend on the country, the time of day or how long the case has been open. For me it only appeared a while after I had re-submitted the case. I would keep checking the case page during business hours in your country.

Good luck, I hope yours gets resolved soon as well, and thanks for sharing the P2B route.

I have exactly the same problem, did you find any solution? also the phone support option does not show up, only email

@krisma

Not yet, unfortunately. At first I only had the email option as well.

What I have tried so far (status "In Review" since 13 October):

  • Developer Support via the contact form (Distribution > Other Distribution Questions) on 16 October: no reply yet.
  • Reports and Payments > Paid Agreement Setup: Finance replied that they can't help with DSA approval and that it has to go through the Developer Support case.
  • getsupport.apple.com > "See your cases and repairs": there I could look up my case ID and submit it again. This time the confirmation promised a reply by email within 24 hours. Since then, a phone option has shown up for my case.

I'm going to call them tomorrow and will post an update here afterwards.

So it might be worth looking up your case ID on getsupport.apple.com as well.

@BowlificationDev
Thanks for the update.

I tried the same process on getsupport.apple.com. My case appears correctly in Support Activity with both email submissions. I entered the case ID and my last name again, opened the case, and selected “Get help with this issue.” However, it still says that no assisted support options are currently available, so I still cannot see a phone or chat option.
I have also submitted an official P2B complaint regarding the unresolved DSA verification.
Could you please update the thread after your call tomorrow? I would particularly like to know whether they connected you with the DSA/Compliance team, whether they escalated the case, and whether the call ultimately helped resolve the issue.
Could you also ask whether there is currently a general backlog or known delay affecting DSA trader verifications, and whether Apple can provide an estimated processing time?
If possible, please also mention which support option or department you used.
Thank you — I hope we can both get this resolved soon.
