Thank you for your attention to our issue!
Our app, AIGENIS: понятные инвестиции, is still unavailable on the App Store. We believe this may be related to a synchronization issue between our Apple Developer Program membership status and App Store Connect.
We were previously informed that instructions to resolve the issue had been sent on October 16th. However, we never received them, including in our spam folder.
In the latest email from Apple Developer Support, we were advised to contact provider_review@apple.com directly, as Developer Support is unable to provide further assistance.
We have already sent an email to this address but have not received a response.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost two months, and we still do not know what steps we need to take to restore our app.
It is extremely important for us to make our app available on the App Store again as soon as possible so that our customers can download it and continue using our services.
We kindly ask for your help in clarifying the current status of our case and advising us on how we can move forward and speed up the resolution.
