Hello App Review team,
My app update was first submitted on October 5, 2026 and stayed in "Waiting for Review" for over 3 weeks without ever moving to "In Review". I cancelled and resubmitted it on October 27, 2026, and it is again in "Waiting for Review". There are no messages in App Store Connect and no requests for additional information.
