Our first submission has been in "Waiting for Review" for 11 days no status change, no reviewer contact, no reply from Developer Support.

Everything on our side is complete: membership paid and active, Free App Agreement active, DSA declaration done, build processed and "Ready to Submit", metadata and privacy complete, demo credentials supplied for a login-gated app. No messages from App Review.
We contacted Developer Support on 23 October and have had no reply in five days.
The app is the official application of a Moroccan association and is due to be presented to its members at a national congress next week. Apple's published guidance is that most submissions are reviewed within 48 hours; we are at more than five times that with no information.
Can anyone from Apple confirm whether this submission is correctly queued?
