Hello, Our app Touki English (Apple ID 6809937929, version 1.3.1, build 14) was submitted on October 16, 2026 and has been in "Waiting for Review" for two weeks, with no message in App Review. The submission contains 7 items: the app, one subscription group with two subscriptions, and three in-app purchases. We requested an expedited review on October 20 and received the confirmation "We'll expedite review for Touki English", but the status has not changed. We contacted App Review through the contact form (case 103004096698) on October 21 and 23, and Developer Support by phone today. Support told us they have no visibility on the review queue. Agreements, banking, tax and DSA trader status are all active, and we have just accepted the updated Program License Agreement. The Android version is already live, and we are running a launch campaign, so this delay is really hurting us. We would be very grateful if someone from App Review could check whether something is blocking this submission, or tell us if we should remove it from review and resubmit.
