I am tasked to transfer an app from one Apple account to another Apple Account, but there is a persistent issue.
One of the app transfer criteria is still marked as unmet, even though I have completed the necessary steps:
“TestFlight Beta Testing. You must first remove all builds and testers from the app you want transferred and clear each information field below Test Information.”
--> I have removed all testers and expired all builds, but this criterion is still marked as unmet.
Does someone know what could couse this issue and how to overcome it?
The Apple support team is not responding for more than 2 weeks now.
