Hello,
I'm an individual developer from Israel trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program.
What happened:
• I started enrollment as an Individual in the Apple Developer app on my iPad.
• Registration completed, but when I tried to pay, enrollment failed.
• The app now shows "ID Verification Rejected" under Apple Developer Program, with no reason given and no option to retry.
Support:
• Case ID: 103011710746, opened October 28, 2026.
• I followed up on November 1 through the Contact Us form.
• I have not received any reply yet.
My identity documents are valid, and I am the sole owner of this Apple Account. I can provide my passport for manual verification, and a selfie holding my ID if needed.
I'm not asking to bypass verification. I'm asking for:
1. A review of my case, or a reset of my verification status so I can resubmit, and
2. Any guidance on what may have caused the rejection (for example, a name mismatch).
If someone from Apple Developer Support sees this, I would really appreciate it if my case could be escalated to the enrollment team.
