Cannot Access "My Apps" in iTunes Connect

Hi,

I am a member of the support team for an iOS developer in the Netherlands. I work in the US, while other team members work in the home office in the Netherlands. A few months ago, I was given the "Customer Support" role to respond to App Store reviews in iTunes Connect. For months I had no problems accessing the reviews under "My Apps". However, since last weekend when I click "My Apps", it takes me back to the main iTunes Connect menu. My colleague in the US who also has the Customer Support role is having the same problem, while my boss in the Netherlands who the developer account is under has no problems accessing the "My Apps" section. I am running Safari Version 11.0 (13604.1.38.1.6) under macOS High Sierra 10.13 (17A405). I have tried accesing iTunes Connect through Firefox 56.0 (64-bit) and had the same issue. I can confirm that I still have the Customer Support role in iTunes Connect. Apparently the home office has not made any changes on their end. At one point I briefly received the message "403: Forbidden".

Could someone please advise what the issue may be and how I can access the "My Apps" section again?

I would have contacted iTunes Connect support about this issue. However, all of the "Contact Us" links bring me back to the iTunes Connect menu.

Thank you very much,

Joe
