I'm running beta 2 and beta 3 is not showing up. Tried restarting. Tried re-installing the beta utillity.
beta 3 not showing up in App Store
.I tried to reinstall twice, both times ended up with 17B35a. Then I noticed there were install high sierra and install high sierra beta apps still in Applications. Deleted them. And then it installed thru beta enabler tool. Now at 17B42a

Same issue here not showing up. Such a shame these \kind of issues happen so regularaly over the past few years. Apple has lost it's game...
Same issue here in South Floriday. Logged on to the Apple Developer Site/Downloads and tried the OS X 10.13 Beta 3. When I clicked Download I got Forbiden 403. Restarted and got the same.
The 403 error is gone, but running the freshly loaded MacOSDeveloperAccessUtility.dmg I am still at17B35a. This is Beta 2.
Well, the "Forbidden 403" error seems a more widespread issue and I'm not sure it's related to Beta 3 visibility:

Does not work.
Still does not appear in the Apple Store and downloading the beta utility brings you all the way back to the public beta, then you have to rebuild to get back to beta 2. Pain in the ass.
I've restsarted this Mini so many times I'm starting to think this is a Windows Update.
Currently having same issue Beta 3 not showing up, have went as far as reverting back to 10.13 Final release then reinstalling beta utility from developers restarting still only updates to beta 2, have been back and forth with support from all departments still nothing resolved !!!
Running this BetaInstallUtility takes you to the App-Store with Link to 10.13.1 beta 17B42a Download and Install.
This InstallUtility did not upadte anything on your System...
After you come to App-Store you have to Download the complete Installer (round 5 GB) and install/update the System again.
Please download the beta3 install and install it and download then the beta3, after install is beta3 not showing up in Appstore/Updates, same by me. Look under the Apple, left side corner, informatio computer, system, there must be the new number of the beta3, check the numbers there with the numbers in Dev download 17B42a
I gave up and installed the public beta. Maybe next time around this will be back on track. Not sure what's going on with this one.
I am running the Developer Beta 2, 17B35a. I tried to get the Developer Beta 3, no luck. I tried to get the public beta and that does not show up. Any suggestions?
Further to my earlier post. I went to the Applications folder and deleted the Install High Sierra file. I re-ran the 10.13.1 beta 3 installer and the download began and the installer worked as expected. I have done this on 2 MacBook Pro's with no issues. Good luck!
