We are a software company with an own ERP system. We've built an ios app for our clients to get articleinformation, sales figures and customer sales for their products online. The app was in appstore since 2012. With ios 11 the app is not running anymore. We've built a new app with same functionality. But now, apple rejected the new app. They say

"We found that your app is not appropriate for the App Store since it is designed specifically for the customer of your company.

It would be more appropriate to distribute and sell your app as a custom B2B app, directly to your business customers, through the Volume Purchase Program. You can find additional information regarding the Volume Purchase Program and the Custom B2B App Store in iTunes Connect Developer Help."

So, we've configured the app as VPP app with our own VPP account. Now apple say

"We found that your custom B2B app specifies your company as the business customer for which the app was developed. Custom B2B apps must be developed for a customer that is a third party to your business; you cannot use your own business as the customer."

How can we distribute an app for our own buisiness with our VPP account?

Enterprise Profile is not allowed too. We have to distribute the app to employees from other companies.

Can someone tell me how to distribute our app?

Let me see if I have this right:

- Your company (A); clients (B); B's employees (C)

- Your app is for your client's employees (C)

- Your company (A) wants to sell your app directly to your client's employees (C)

Why can't A sell the app to B via B2B and let them distribute to C?

Have you talked to your client about selling your services directly to them as an internal contractor, so they can Enterprise distribute that app to their employees?
