Can't Download Apple iOS 9 beta

I have an iPhone 5s and I keep trying to download the profile for the iOS9 beta and I keep getting an Internal Server Error. It says there was an internal error or misconfiguration and I dont know what to do. Anyone have any advice? I have tried to reset the iPhone and everything and don't know how to solve the issue. Thanks for your help

if your using safari i cant help but i tried on chrom at first then switched to safari to try and it worked fine, try that see if that works
