I'm not able to submit apps using the latest Xcode version on the store

Using Version 9.2 (9C40b) that was released today, I'm not able to submit my app to the store. I get the following error:

"iTunes Store Operation Failed

ERROR ITMS-90534: "Invalid Toolchain. New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, macOS, and iOS SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software including beta macOS builds."

Can someone flip the switch to allow submissions with the new version now that it's publicly released? Thanks.

Maybe now that watch OS 4.2 is out they will allow submissions

Ugh. Someone out there tell me a story of their app actually submitting properly. I tried a downgrade to the previous Xcode, which allowed me to upload a new build, but that build doesn’t show up as an option to add to my app despite processing complete and TestFlight testing working just fine.

https://developer.apple.com/testflight/release-notes/ I believe it’s working now , give it a shot, I pulled this from the same thread topic as this one under Xcode forums

I'm also getting this on the new 9.2.

What I did was rename Xcode to Xcode9.2 and download 9.1.. able to submit to ITC using 9.1 without issue.
