My app crashes ONLY from App Store

I have a new app just released the last couple of days. The app ONLY crashes when downloaded from the App Store. App Analytics does not show the crashes and only says there is not enough data. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can track this down? Without some kind of crash log I don't even know where to start.

I should add it seems odd it didn't do the same for App Review as it does in your case.

If you believe this is affecting users in the wild, you may want to temporarily take it off sale in all countries until you can sort things out.

Try an ad-hoc install on a local device where you can check the logs - they sometimes better reflect a store install.

Otherwise, can you get a description of the event, which iOS, device etc.? Does it run and hang, does it run and then die after a moment or two...?
